Michele is a seasoned Dental Assistant with over 20 years of experience in cosmetic and general dentistry. She brings a wealth of knowledge and a caring approach to our practice, excelling in both patient care and dental tech tasks.  Michele is particularly skilled ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care at every step. She is committed to helping patients fully understand their treatments and make them feel comfortable throughout their visits, by creating a reassuring environment.  Michele enjoys cooking and traveling, adding a dash of fun to her life outside of work.

Victoria

​Victoria has been practicing Dental Hygiene since 2003. Since joining Dr. Souffront’s practice full time in 2019, she has combined her expertise with a warm, personal touch, enhancing the patient experience. Known for her efficiency and proficiency, Victoria is also certified in local anesthesia, ensuring that patients receive the most comfortable and effective care possible. She enjoys taking continuing education courses to keep informed with the latest in dentistry. Outside of her professional role, Victoria cherishes time with her husband, two kids, and dog. She loves to volunteer her time at her children’s school, soccer club and community.

Mandy

​Mandy brings 30 years of expertise in general and periodontal dentistry to our practice. Her professional journey in dentistry spans Iowa, Illinois and Texas. After living in Texas for nine years, Mandy relocated to Florida in 2023, having spent most of her life in Iowa. Since joining Dr. Souffront's team, she has been dedicated to providing high-quality care through preventive measures and patient education. Mandy plays a crucial role in maintaining patients’ oral health, aiming to preserve their teeth while fostering strong, supportive relationships. In her free time, she enjoys pickleball, golf, and exercise, and is always eager to learn new skills to further her personal and professional growth.

​Veronica has been a member of Dr. Souffront’s team since 2007, applying her extensive experience in both periodontal and general dentistry to help patients achieve optimal dental and periodontal health. Her approach combines comprehensive patient care with thorough education, ensuring each patient receives the highest standard of treatment. Veronica is deeply committed to building strong, personal relationships with her patients, always treating them with the utmost care and respect. Outside of the office, she values quality time with her family and enjoys her interest in music and various craft projects.
